How to Apply

  1. Download the Resident Application
  2. Gather supporting documents:
    • Copy of your 2019 tax return or equivalent documentation verifying adjusted gross income (AGI).
    • Proof of need as a result COVID. Examples of this proof include a note from employer, paystubs showing loss of income, receipts for PPE or expenses incurred only because of COVID-19, etc.
    • Receipts for the expenses for which you need reimbursement dated March 1st - present. Examples could be receipts for PPE, rent or mortgage receipt, e-learning costs, etc. Please provide receipts totaling or exceeding the amount you are requesting.
  3. Email application and supporting documents to CVRFapp@city-woodlandpark.org

The City of Woodland Park encourages all residents impacted financially by COVID-19 to apply. Eligible applicants may be awarded a grant of up to $500.

Residents are eligible if they meet the following criteria:

  • Applicants must be a resident of a street address in the City of Woodland Park
  • Be in good standing with local, state, and federal taxing authorities as of February 2020
