VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH SPORTS

INTERESTED IN COACHING YOUTH SPORTS?

Coaches are always needed for helping out with youth sports.  Below are the requirements to coach and the necessary forms:

         a)  Coaching Volunteer Application (for background checks)

         b)  A.S.E.P. Training is required of all our coaches.  The schedule and
              information is listed below.

AMERICAN SPORTS EDUCATION PROGRAM:

The American Sports Education Program (ASEP) has effectively addressed the development and implementation of its best selling curriculum, "Athletes First, Winning Second".  ASEP's Coaching Youth Sports Course is the most effective, convenient and affordable educational opportunity ever offered to youth sport coaches.  All Woodland Park Parks and Recreation Youth Sport Coaches are required to complete this course prior to coaching.
