Vehicle Utilization Review Committee (VURC)
The City Council of the City of Woodland Park is accepting applications from persons who are interested in serving as a member on the City’s Vehicle Utilization Review Committee (VURC). This Committee will focus on studying the cost efficiency hypotheses of alternate City vehicle utilization methods and practices. Interested applicants for this position must be at least 18 years old and a City resident for a minimum of one year prior to appointment and be available to meet on a monthly basis.  More frequent meetings may be necessary during the first two months.  Some interviews and on-site field work will be required Monday-Friday 8 AM – 5 PM.

Additional applicant qualities desired:
– Proven analytical abilities to formulate data requests, assemble and construct data logically, and follow customary industry or engineering analysis techniques.
– Proven supervisory role in fleet management experience sought, with private sector preference.
– No current business conflicts or employment association with Teller County or Woodland Park governments.
– Daily computer access with Excel access and experience.

As per Resolution No. 813 this Committee will expire on January 19, 2018.

Completed applications must be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office not later than 5:00 P.M. February 9, 2017.  Applications may be personally delivered to the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall; delivered by FAX at 719-686-1010; or delivered by email to the City Clerk or mailed to PO Box 9007, Woodland Park, CO 80866.
