Liquor Licensing

The City Council is the local licensing authority for the City of Woodland Park. As such, the City Council hears requests for new licenses, transfer of existing licenses, renewals and applications for special events. All participants approved by the City Council are then forwarded to the Colorado Department of Revenue Liquor Enforcement Division which is the State agency responsible for regulating and controlling the licensing of the manufacture, distribution and sale of alcohol beverages.
