Deep Water Fitness

This is a drop-in class! Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays!

Class is held in 4'"6' to 12'. Activities will be focusing on coordination, agility, range of motion, and cardiovascular improvements, while providing a no impact workout. Must be comfortable in deep water and wear the provided aquatic fitness belt.
