NOTICE OF TRANSFER OF A LIQUOR STORE LIQUOR LICENSE
PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the laws of the State of Colorado and the rules and regulations of the City of Woodland Park, notice is hereby given that CF Altitude, dba as Alta #6006, 40 North Highway 67, Woodland Park, CO has requested the City of Woodland Park, being the local licensing authority of Woodland Park, to grant a transfer of a Fermented Malt Beverage License from Alta #6006 located at 140 North Highway 67 Woodland Park, CO 80863 CF Altitude located at the same property.
Public Hearing on this application will be held before the City Council of Woodland Park at 7:00 PM on Thursday, February 4, 2021 via zoom, by the City Council of the City of Woodland Park.
At said time and place, any interested person may appear to be heard for or against the granting of said license.
All petitions, remonstrances or statements shall be filed in writing with the City Clerk at least ten (10) days prior to the date of hearing.
