Comprehensive Plan: Long range City wide plan that helps guide City programs and development. It's your vision for the future!
Land Use Code: It contains the specific ways that the City implements the Comprehensive Plan. Includes regulation and design standards for zoning, land use, subdivision processes, building size and location, parking, landscaping, and more.
These two documents work TOGETHER to achieve safe and equitable development in Woodland Park.
