NOTICE OF FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE OFF PREMISES

 PUBLIC HEARING 

Pursuant to the laws of the State of Colorado and the rules and regulations of the City of Woodland Park, notice is hereby given that CF Altitude, LLC dba Alta #6106 20421 East Highway US 24, Woodland Park, CO, has requested the City Council, being the local licensing authority of Woodland Park, to grant a new Fermented Malt Beverage Off Premise License for Alta #6106, located at 20421 East US Highway 24, Woodland Park, CO 80863.

Public Hearing on this application will be held before the City Council of Woodland Park at 7:00 PM on Thursday, April 15, 2021 in Council Chambers, City Hall, 220 West South Avenue, Woodland Park.

At said time and place, any interested person may appear to be heard for or against the granting of said license.

All petitions, remonstrances or statements shall be filed in writing with the City Clerk at least ten (10) days prior to the date of hearing.
