The Ballot:

On the ballot, you'll find two questions that share some similarities but have distinguishable differences. If you find yourself needing additional resources and voter support, the Woodland Park Special City Election Blue Book is a valuable resource for voters. This bi-partisan, non-biased reference guide, developed in collaboration between City Council and representatives of the Citizen's Initiative group, and published by the Woodland Park Chamber of Commerce, will further clarify the two questions on the ballot, explain what a  “YES” or “NO” vote means for each in greater detail. You can receive a printed copy of the Blue Book by stopping into City Hall or the Chamber, or access a digital copy by visiting: https://www.woodlandparkchamber.com/blue-book-for-special-wp-city-election-2023
