The Woodland Park Parks and Recreation Department provides
quality recreational programs for youth and adults. We serve over 4,000 participants per year through our classes, sports leagues, and special events. 

The City of Woodland Park has a total of 66.67 acres of developed parks, 38.37 acres of open acres of open space/greenways  and 4.61 miles of trails providing community gathering places for recreation, sports, open play, and fitness.


Youth Baseball and Adult Softball Schedules – Available now!

If you’re signed up for youth baseball or adult softball, you can access your team’s full schedule in our online registration portal. To access you account, follow these steps:

  1. Go to
  2. Go to “Log In” at the top right, and the click the blue “Log in with Email” button. If you know your password, login. If you don’t know your password, click “Forgot Password”. (If you are signed up for baseball, we have created an account for you using the email we had on file). Follow the “Forgot Password” steps.
  3. While logged in, click on “Account” in the top left. From here, you can access your personal “event calendar” which shows all the upcoming practices, games, and classes for your and/or your family members.

FREE Community Scavenger Hunt sponsored by Vectra Bank

Thanks to our sponsor, Vectra Bank, we have created a bigger, badder, and more interactive community scavenger hunt! Compete against the whole community in this free 5-day event!

All you need is a smartphone or tablet! Your team (aka everyone in your household), will work to complete fun and challenging missions in your home and around our community! Missions can include finding something, creating something, or doing something. Missions are catered to all ages! You will have 5 days to complete as many missions as you can. We will release 10+ new missions each day. Whoever has the most points at the end of the hunt wins!

“Sorry, our registration website isn’t very user friendly.” We know you’ve heard us say it. We’ve been apologizing for our online registration for a while now. That’s why we’ve partnered with CivicRec, an intuitive and user-friendly registration website that does it all.
Here are just a few things you’ll be able to do online with CivicRec!
  • Set up your own account, add and edit family members, and create and change your own password (no more getting locked out of your account!)
  • Rent facilities, including fields, parks, Ute Pass Cultural Center rooms, Woodland Aquatic Center party rooms, and more!
  • View league schedules, team info, and contact coaches
  • Purchase your annual, 3-month, and punch passes for the Woodland Aquatic Center
  • Opt-in for text message updates
  • & So much more!
If you plan to participate in any Parks & Rec programs, swim at the Woodland Aquatic Center, rent a facility like the Ute Pass Cultural Center, volunteer, sponsor a team, or reserve one of our parks, you will need to have a CivicRec account!

CLOSURE: Woodland Aquatic Center, Parks Playground Equipment, Parks Bathrooms

In accordance with recommendations issued by Teller County Public Health & Environment (TCPHE), and mandates issued by the Colorado Department of Public Health & Environment (CDPHE), the City of Woodland Park is closing the Woodland Aquatic Center, all park playground equipment, and park bathrooms. Open space within our parks will remain open, but please take the proper precautions to maintain 6 feet of social distancing. This closure will be effective for 30 days, or until an extension of the mandated closures is announced by CDPHE.
